Job Title: Administrative Assistant III Location: Boston, MA 02128 Duration: 12 months Qualifications: * An associate degree is preferred or a minimum of three years in a customer service. * Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point is required. * Operational experience preferred. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Flexible to work different shifts with little to no advance notification. * Candidate must be able to lift office supplies boxes to stock the storage area. * Individual must be able to drive within Airports Operational Areas to restock office supplies in the different Pilots planning rooms. * Possess great interpersonal skills. * Candidate must have the ability to balance departmental procedures and internal customers' needs. * Exceptionally organized, punctual, and able to work unsupervised. * Demonstrate the ability to treat confidential information with utmost care and protection. * Must be willing to travel out of State for office coverage within the region. What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications) * An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred or a minimum of three years of experience working in customer service. * Airline operational experience preferred. Job Description: Client is seeking for an individual who has proven self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a welcoming composure, and professional approach. The Candidate must possess the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high volume of walk in, email, and telephone correspondence. Individual should exhibit flexibility to AM, PM weekends and holidays office hours. Must be exceptionally organized, easily adjustable to office processes/personnel changes, and a team player. Manage a complex office calendar with constant, sudden and unexpected changes. Job Responsibilities: * Handling a robust parking data base with high demand frequent changes. * Handling, heavy email traffic which requires immediate response or action. * Coordinating and planning Pilots retirements and commemoration. * Interacting with client Pilots face to face, via email or telephone. * Utilize internal social media platform for posting approved for company commemorations. * Assist with the setting up of new Chief and Assistants new to the region. * Maintain office SharePoint sites up to date. * Update internal telephone numbers and codes data for internal distribution. * Maintain the upkeep of the lounge area by daily restocking supplies for pilots' use and consumption. * Assist in the setting up pilots' events/commemorations. * Maintain and manage personnel information with the utmost discretion. * Responsible for reporting in-op equipment/facility to building or DL- IT maintenance personnel as needed. * Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate office supplies. * Responsible for the setting up of executives' events in the base. * Responsible for the upkeep of company vehicle maintenance and required inspections. * Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. |
