Title - Project Coordinator
Duration - 12 Months Location - Irvine, CA (92612) The Construction Site Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects progress efficiently, safely, and in accordance with plans and regulations. Working closely with senior supervisors and project managers, they assist in coordinating construction activities, managing resources, and maintaining a productive and compliant work environment. Responsibilities: Site Management: Assist in overseeing all on-site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety protocols. Team Coordination: Work with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Facilitate internal permitting processes for high risk activities (hot work, confined space, line breaking, working from heights, etc). Site Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure work site, including proper storage of equipment and materials. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and safety meetings. Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality and ensure that workmanship meets established standards and specifications. Material Management: Assist in managing material deliveries, inventory, and storage to ensure timely availability and efficient use of resources. Client Communication: Collaborate with project managers to communicate project status updates, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns. Cost Control: Assist in developing/monitoring project budgets and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance throughout the construction process.
