More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.com We are seeking a full-timeEmbedded Executive Protection Logistics Manager located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. This position is responsible for the logistical coordination and management of security operations for a Corporate Client. Please note, this is a hybrid role with an opportunity to work some days/shifts remote/home. Duties: Ensure continuity of all security operations Apply quality assurance and quality control measures ensuring client satisfaction Coordinate logistics for global travel and special events Interact with client management daily liaise with the executive support staff to address and mitigate security concerns Conduct security advances and coordinate protective services for senior executives Respond to incidents involving suspicious packages, protestors, media, and the public Provide special security arrangements and asset management for global travel involving senior executives Coordinate with third party protective details as necessary Support and execute other administrative functions as assigned by the Client Minimum Requirements 5+ years of relevant security and/or military/law enforcement experience a MUST Bachelor's degree desired or relevant experience Required - Possess a valid and current BSIS-issued CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit Excellent written and verbal communicationskills Proven record of responding quickly and effectivelyto a situation Experience working with and presenting to C-level personnel Experience managing contract security services Ability to work nights/weekends and holidays as required CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Competitive 401k Paid time off Professional development assistance Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
