Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

Docusign is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic intern to work with its in-house legal team. The intern will have exposure to attorneys and projects in each of the major practice areas of the legal department.

Intern also will have opportunities to do technology-related transactional work.

Projects relating to Corporate, securities, employment and litigation will include securities regulation, SEC filings, '33/'34 Act matters, corporate development (M&A, investments), employment law and compliance matters.

Projects relating to Global commercial contracts will include research, contributing to forms development, playbooks and process enhancements, and opportunities to participate in a range of SaaS software contract negotiations.
