Role Overview

Responsible for the planning and execution of all installations of Kodak inkjet equipment and associated products as well as customer training and start up assistance.

In order to achieve this, there will be high level of interactions with customer, sales, presales, order administration, logistics and service personnel.

In charge of the escalation of installation issues to Product Support and other parties and tracking progress towards resolution of those issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Installations:

* Conducting or making sure the site preparation will be done

* Provide all relevant parties with documentation that outlines roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in installation of equipment and ensure all stakeholders understand and agree to perform their functions

* Sub contractors planning (3rd parties, carriers...)

* Making sure the site will be ready prior to the installation.

* Working with the Product Support and local service teams to ensure the equipment, installer and trainers will be synchronized.

* End of installations - installation tests procedures and installation reporting

Customer's training and Start Up assistance:

* Schedule and follow up on the customer training and the customer production start-up assistance

Technical escalations:

* In collaboration with the service and application specialists, this individual will be in charge of the escalation of all technical installation issues to the Product Support team and management.

* In collaboration with the service and application specialists, this individual will be in charge of implementation of all technical measures to resolve installation issues

Personal Characteristics:

* Highly developed understanding of the Kodak inkjet product offering and service business, including service delivery methods and customer requirements.

* Requires excellent interpersonal and business skills to work with customers and service team

* Requires the ability to deal effectively with changes, ambiguity and uncertainty

* Strong customer orientation, self management skills

* Resistant to stress

* Models the company values

* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
