• Key Performance Metrics include:
  
  
  
  • Managing store safety incidents in Sphera
  • Reporting on training incidents, communicating cross-functionally and collaborating on plans to reduce incidents.
  • Document and communicate safety training completion by all R&R team members through coordination with District Managers.
  
  
  
  
• Maintains education, understanding, and implementation of health, safety, and security requirements regarding R&R store operations and teams.
• Directly reports to the R&R division, with priority to the store team members and managers, and will have a high level of collaboration and accountability with the Ghirardelli Health, Safety, & Environmental, and HR divisions.

• Manages incidents in Sphera, including documentation, action plans, and following up/closing tickets.
• Sphera Training and Coaching - review with Managers and provide guidance
• OSHA standards - document operating procedures, validate reporting
• Workplace Violence plan updates - maintain plans by location
• Workplace Violence logs, security measures, and procedural documentation
• Quarterly Safety Meetings - research, create, and validate completion
• Safety Reporting - manage and update regularly to key stakeholders
• Security - physical systems, in-store management review and procedures
• Physical Safety Standards - procedural communication
• Health Safety Standards - procedural communication
• Responsible for organizing the training, communication, and investigations related to Sphera, Ghirardelli's safety and incident software.
• Responsible for coordinating with Ghirardelli Safety, Admin, and HR teams to plan the execution of projects, procedures, and communications related to the R&R store business regarding Health, Safety, and Security.
• Assists with training and communication planning and implementation for R&R store operations related to Health, Safety & Security. Tracks training completion.
