Project Coordinator - Professional Services (Remote)

Hourly Range: $23.47 to $32.14 depending on experience.

Summary: Coordinate the implementation of Output Management, Capture & Workflow, MPS and MFP projects.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the implementation of Output Management, Capture & Workflow, MPS and MFP projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of assigned projects/implementations.
  • Ensure implementations are delivered on-time, within scope and within associated budgets.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate execution.
  • Review and provide project status updates to stakeholders and implementation Team participants to ensure comprehensive coordination and mitigate implementation risks. Identify problem areas using project management tools and make recommendations to minimize implementation gaps.
  • Generate related reports as needed to ensure implementation Team stays on task. Coordinate project meetings.
  • Develop and utilize project management tools to ensure successful implementations.
  • Coordinate Team meetings and communicative efforts of Project Team to keep implementations on schedule.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Associate Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project coordination/management experience with small to mid size projects.
  • Document solutions, MPS, MFP product knowledge preferred. PMI certification and plus.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts, principles and tools.
  • Demonstrated with Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Must have good communication skills (written and verbal) with strong follow up capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate the work of others in order to execute project schedules.
