Description

The Office Supervisor is responsible for providing general support to the warehouse.

Job Duties:

*Serves as the liaison between Human Resources and warehouse regarding processes, insurance, incidents, employee relations, etc.

*Ensures proper process for reporting incidents is followed and that reporting is forwarded to Human Resources and, if applicable Staffmark.

*Manages and places orders of stock for office and warehouse

*Dispatches service for office equipment maintenance and repair

*Maintains petty cash and provides a monthly report to management

*Processes accounts payable; codes, tracks and submits on weekly basis to Corporate Accounting

*Submits and files expense check requests for employees, supervisors

*Tracks weekly billing revenue, reconciles with "Register and Sales" report

*Reconciles month-end batch log with trial balance to identify problems/issues prior to close of month

*Manages site Unitime and PTO

*Other duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

*High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

*Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training

*PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

*Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual

*Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

*Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch. This position is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles, and is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
