JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support to the manager or director of Human Resources through involvement in all functional areas of the HR department with emphasis being in recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits. Play a key role in the success of the organization by implantation of HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting the SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications
* Support both SCADA/MES enhancements and daily Production system uptime.
* Execute SCADA/MES development and configuration needs
* Conduct SCADA/MES operator training
* Provide on-hands Production support for SCADA/MES system to ensure it is online
* Collaborate with internal/external personnel in the design, development, and implementation of integration enhancements with PLCs, JDE, and other systems
* Support the development of functional specifications, test cases, and design documentation
* Support the development of controls standards
* Analyze system performance and suggest or make improvements, where applicable
* Oversee protection of SCADA/MES environment and ensures data security and integrity by helping establish operational guidelines including privacy, security, editing, validating and restart/recovery controls
* Develop and modify SCADA/MES Systems, including Tag Database generation, report development, computer setup and configuration
* Assistance in the deployment of technology other than SCADA/MES will also be expected

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
* Human Resources experience with emphasis on candidate review/interviews and i9/onboarding
* Must be a U.S Citizen
* Experience with Workday (preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Certified Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR).
* Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
* Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional and business leaders to develop and execute on long and short-term HR strategies that directly support the business.
* Innovative, future-oriented, and open to new thoughts and ideas.
* Willing to challenge the status quo and be a strong influencer.
* Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture.
