Nursing Instructor - MSN Required (Full Time) Rasmussen University is currently looking to build a bench team for our Nursing programs at all of our Wisconsin and Illinois campus locations. We offer flexible work schedules and our Instructors receive ongoing training and support to build upon their teaching, presentation and mentoring skills. Responsibilities: Instructors are responsible for teaching courses in a variety of modalities while promoting and supporting the vision and mission of Rasmussen University. Instructors will generally teach 4.5-5.5 work units each quarter equaling a full-time work schedule. Faculty expectations include focus on the following areas:
Reporting Relationships: The Instructor reports to the Nursing Administrator. Based on the location this may be an Area Dean of Nursing or Dean of Nursing. Academic and Clinical Qualifications:

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $69,400.00 to $93,700.00. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change. Pay is just one component of our total rewards package.
