Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
  • Craft Winning Strategies: Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive clinical candidates.
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive a best-in-class recruiting process and fill positions efficiently.
  • Screen & Select: Review resumes and conduct phone screens to identify the perfect fit for our clinical roles.
  • Network Like a Pro: Build relationships and tap into resources within assigned markets to recruit the best clinicians.
  • Engage & Follow Up: Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Stay Compliant: Keep accurate statuses in our ATS to comply with Federal and State employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
  • Leverage Social Media: Assist local teams in boosting visibility for open roles and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a recruiting role required.
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical licensures for various states
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting systems and processes.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management and external resources.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Possess strong internet, active and passive candidate search skills.
  • Possess high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 depending on education and experience.
