Reporting to the VP of Engagement, Culture and DEI, this position is responsible for setting the strategy and directing the planning of our Employee Engagement approach focusing on strengthening employee engagement and enhancing company culture to achieve business objectives. Provides program expertise, and oversees the enterprise-wide execution of employee rewards and recognition/ engagement programs and events. Also responsible for strategic oversight of the employee listening strategy and employee experience surveys. Creates and directs employee engagement strategies, ensuring they remain closely tied to our corporate goals. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Required Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Education - Preferred 10years HR, project management, leadership in a multi-site service industry experience - Required Additional Job Requirements
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 - 110,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
