Primary Purpose
The Compliance Assistant is responsible for collecting data that improve center compliance. Works collaboratively assisting the centers' administrative teams by collecting, completing, tracking and ensuring all necessary forms follow the NY/NYC State requirements. Responsible for the organization and operation of the operations team systems while representing the company and the location positively to the community. Must maintain confidentiality regarding employee information and interact professionally with staff and other agencies. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $25.90-31.67. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
