Snowflake's GTM Operations organization is actively seeking a GTM Operations Manager, Technology to join our Systems & Process team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales and operations technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and optimal performance across the stack. You will manage initiatives to evaluate, procure, implement and enable technology that drives sales and operational productivity. This includes buy vs. build evaluations, requirements gathering, budget alignment and proactive vendor management.

You will collaborate with Snowflake's operations and functional leaders to evaluate, scope and prioritize Sales and GTM Operations technology initiatives. You will identify the operational challenges and capabilities needed to execute. You will be responsible for framing the problems, setting the strategies, and organizing cross functional teams to successfully build new capabilities. You thrive in the driver's seat of complex, cross functional projects and have a deep understanding across the sales systems and tools that support go-to-market teams-including Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn and other connected applications.

• Own the technology stack including managing system configurations, integrations, user access and monitor performance.

• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate Sales, Sales Support and GTM Operations tools systems and processes.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors including product roadmap alignment, utilization tracking and ongoing support.

• Act as liaison between teams to vet and translate business objectives and needs into technology and process requirements.

• Work closely with business partners to develop clear requirements, MVP, business justification, and business outcomes to help assess risks and determine buy vs. build opportunities

• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize new feature requests based on their impact to the business.

• Partner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented and delivered under committed timelines.

• Own projects end to end from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

• Create and maintain key documentation such as BRDs, process flows, use cases, test scripts, and enablement materials.

• Act as subject matter expert for the GTM technology stack.

• Monitor industry trends to ensure Snowflake's sales systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practices.

• Minimum 8 years total professional experience with 5+ years working with sales operations, sales systems, process, and tools

• Expertise in Salesforce CRM and connected applications with hands on experience implementing solutions and system integrations for GTM teams

• Experience reviewing and procuring tools to support business needs

• Experienced in SFDC release management and deployment activities

• Ability to translate business objective and requirements to an technical development team

• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making. Must work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.

• Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders

• Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, and professional services

• Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $215,200.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
