Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage daily calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond or redirect as appropriate. Project Coordination Assist in the execution of various projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Prepare project reports and presentations as needed. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment and support for project goals. Communication Management Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the executive. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Travel and Event Planning Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and within budget. Min USD $18.00/Yr. Max USD $20.00/Yr. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Competencies Attention to Detail Ensure accuracy in all tasks and activities.
