We're looking for a Systems Design Engineer II to take on a technical leadership role in defining groundbreaking products, technologies, and features that elevate user experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate across disciplines-partnering with Product Management to understand user needs, working with Advanced Development to integrate cutting-edge technologies, and aligning with Engineering to drive seamless product design. Starkey is hiring a Systems Engineer II to serve in technical leadership roles to lead the definition of new products, technologies, and features and their integration into Starkey's hearing aid system. Systems Engineers are responsible for collaborating with Product Management to understand the needs of the user and the professional, collaborating with Advanced Development to understand the capabilities of new technologies and the system impact of new features, and collaborating with Engineering to align on expectations for product design. Responsibilities
Education Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; Graduate degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a product or technology development environment; 10+ years of experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
