Job Title: Technical Analyst
Location(s): Merrifield, VA (Hybrid)
- For this role we are looking for a RIM Technical Analyst that alshas experience in Litigation Support.
- Collaborates with engineering teams tensure alignment of technologies with records retention objectives.
- Maintains an understanding of relevant Records and Information Management industry standards, best practices and technology.
- Provides technical support in developing functional requirements, implementing, and maintaining existing and future technical solutions.
- Collaborates and assist with the planning, analysis, implementation and maintenance of new technology and related methods pertaining tRecords Management.
- Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators for RIM across client
- Participates with business units in problem resolution related tRIM efforts.
- Supports the assessment and analysis of business units' adherence trecords retention policies and processes and collaborate with stakeholders tidentify any compliance gaps and develop a path forward tcompliance.
- Support execution of day-to-day activities related tthe identification and preservation of information potentially relevant tlegal matter(s), including: liaising with OGC tidentify business units and custodians relevant tlegal hold notifications; coordinating with business units tidentify locations of potentially relevant information; working with technical contacts tidentify system capabilities tsupport preservation requirements; maintaining documentation and communicating status, potential risks and/or issues with RIM and OGC.
- Support execution of day-to-day activities related tthe release of legal holds, including support tbusiness and Technology system owners in resuming routine retention and disposition practices upon the release of a legal hold.
- Prepare drafts and/or draft revisions of procedures, processes, playbooks, and other documentation related tlegal hold management, identification, and preservation activities, as well as system capabilities tsupport preservation.
- Compile, prepare and analyze data tbe used tmonitor the population of information and/or systems subject tlegal hold preservation requirements tbe periodically shared with client stakeholders and leadership.
- Support efforts tevaluate and implement technologies tsupport OGC's legal hold and eDiscovery objectives and requirements, as well as RIM related technologies.
