Position Summary: The IT Support Intern will assist users with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues across various platforms and devices. The role involves direct interaction with end users, assisting with IT support tasks, and helping ensure smooth IT operations for the business. Major Duties and Responsibilities: The IT Support Intern will provide prompt and accurate support and feedback to users, with a proper recording of problem resolution steps in the company's support platforms. This role will provide support and answer questions from users for general IT infrastructure and supported platforms. Additionally, they will participate in the support of business applications, including in-house built (Knowledge Mine, labeling programs) and other business tools, serving as a liaison between users and the applications support and development teams.
