Production Supervisor

Almac Group is currently seeking a Production Supervisor on a secondment basis for our Durham, NC location. The Production Supervisor will oversee all operations and staff in the packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient.

Hours for this role are 3:30PM - 11:30PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain compliance with all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Accurately complete and review relevant sections of batch documentation, ensuring operations are completed according to the documentation and executed properly in the COSMOS system.

Allocate and rotate production teams to scheduled operations ensuring continuity throughout a study/protocol and adherence to the master production schedule.

Maintain consistently high standards of supervision of all team members and provide direction to staff in resolving production-related problems.

Monitor production rooms to ensure maximum efficiency is being achieved without compromising the quality of the product.

Qualifications:

Required Experience / Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2 years production/manufacturing

Familiarity with team-based manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience / Education:

Associates Degree

2+ years Supervisory experience

Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
