Almac Group is currently seeking a Training Specialist - Label Services for our Souderton, PA location. The Training Specialist - Label Services is responsible for creating and delivering engaging education content to support regulatory and operational needs for the Clinical Services, (CS), Label Services department. The CS Training Specialist - Label Services is responsible for the provisions of all training specific to the department roles at any CS site. Responsibilities will encompass the creation of tailored training material, delivery of SOP training, technical workshops, training in systems or procedures, and oversight of training deployment through the LMS.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Create and maintain in-house compliance training using ADDIE as the basis for course development, using reliable project management techniques to ensure that training programs meet requirements and are delivered on time.

    • Contribute to the generation, maintenance, and delivery of appropriate global training modules.
    • Collaborate with Training Specialists and Subject Matter Experts globally in order to design appropriate and accurate training solutions
    • Evaluate training effectiveness by questioning and checking of tasks performed.


  • Deliver SOP training to both existing and new staff, tailoring the method of delivery to suit the experience and job role of the trainees.

    • Facilitate training programs, both in person and virtual as required.
    • Assist department management by delivering on-boarding training to both existing and new staff.
    • Provide refresher training for staff returning for current employees and those returning from long term leave.


  • Oversee training curricula requirements, the accurate deployment of training materials, and modification as required.

    • Accurately build LMS curricula with appropriate compliance and supplemental education items
    • Collaborate with Quality Systems and Central Training to effectively resolve LMS issues


  • Review the LMS training reports for all department staff periodically against the training curricula for that position.

    • Identify gaps and arrange appropriate training sessions to ensure compliance with the training curricula and with procedures.





Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:


  • BA/BS degree or High School Diploma and a minimum 5 years of experience of designing and delivering training within a Pharmaceutical, (Operations, Quality, Project Management or Customer Service) environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues simply
  • Capable of presenting a process in a logical manner to aid understanding



Preferred Experience / Education:


  • Formal qualification in a learning and development or training related discipline
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials and workshops, in support of SOP content & similar documents, using multiple delivery methods
  • Experience collaborating globally on large scale projects with the ability to manage timelines and deliver quality training objectives
  • Designing/developing training courses, managing programs, and evaluating competency using the ADDIE framework
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and other stakeholders
  • Proven ability to employ project management abilities while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • LMS administration and accurate training curricula design
  • Ability to facilitate training for large, cross departmental teams and tailor training to audience needs live
