Valiant seeks a Benefits Administrator to administer all benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other plans as needed. The Benefits Administrator will serve as a liaison between Benefit vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES



  • Provide first line of support for all general benefits inquiries.


  • Research and responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.


  • Maintains and monitors benefits administration system which includes Business Solver and ADP


  • Determines benefits eligibility of all new hires as well as when a status change occurs.


  • Monitor benefit enrollments for new hires, life events, and during open enrollment.


  • Monthly reporting and auditing of new enrollments and Life Events.


  • Assists with reporting and auditing during Open Enrollment and after.


  • Serves as a liaison between benefit vendors and employees.


  • Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.


  • Coordination of refunds/recoups for missed health insurance premiums along with reviewing closed-loop payroll process.


  • Assists with any training related to Benefits.


  • Promotes a positive team and company culture through various campaigns and initiatives.


  • Maintains a library of SOPs for all benefit team processes.


  • Maintains and updates benefits documents and information on the intranet.


  • Reviews international and MultiPlan eligibility.


  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.


  • Two years' experience in HR and/or benefits administration.



PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:



  • International, MultiPlan, CBA, and SCA experience


  • GovCon experience
