Part-Time Maintenance/Custodian

The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified and motivated applicants for the part-time position of Maintenance/Custodian. This position performs a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the custodial care and maintenance of the Riverfront Community Center. General duties include: changing light bulbs, emptying ash and garbage cans, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· A minimum of 6 months custodial, building or equipment maintenance experience OR any combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge and experience to perform the work
· Possess a valid driver’s license at time of application
· Must have, or be able to obtain within 60 days, First Aid and CPR certification

Starting Pay: $16.48/hr. plus excellent benefits package.
