Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $132,250.00/Yr. - USD $220,400.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Requirements

    10+ years of experience:
    • Participating and/or leading the systems engineering process, for all phases of product life cycle, including but not limited to: requirements gathering and Analysis, inclusive of requirements traceability, design and development, test and integration, verification and validation, and operations and maintenance support
    • Developing test plans and procedures
    • Coordinating and Participating in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM)
    • Managing internal project and team tasking
  • TS/SCI Clearance


Desired Skills

  • Direct experience with systems and architecture within the PMW 120 portfolio, including SSEE, CCOP, and Spectral
  • Direct experience with proposal development
  • TS/SCI w/Poly


Description

  • Independently analyzing, evaluating, and integrating solutions to unusually complex technical problems
  • Encouraging optimum design within customer specifications, quality standards, schedule, and funding limitations
  • Performing complex analysis on projects or major phases of significant projects to enhance the technical and economic development of the product and/or service
  • Representing the company as a prime technical customer contact on specialized projects and/or programs
  • Interacting with senior management and customer personnel on significant
    technical matters, advanced technical research studies, and applications

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL with CI POLY



Travel Requirements

  • 15% Travel required to attend TEMs, Program Reviews, Test Events, and desired key stakeholder meetings
