Job Description
SEMCO - Human Resources Summer Student SEMCO Energy is proud to provide meaningful summer employment opportunities for qualified students, offering hands-on experience aligned with the company's business needs. Placement is determined based on the student's academic standing, qualifications, career goals, and prior relevant work experience. As a Human Resources Summer Student, you will play a key role in HR records management, supporting the team in digitizing and organizing employee files following SEMCO's records retention policies. This role provides practical experience in HR operations, compliance, and confidentiality management while developing essential administrative and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in HR operations, records management, and administrative processes to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a professional setting. The hourly pay rate for Summer 2025 is $15 per hour, and $17 per hour for returning students. For Canadian hires: AltaGas hires personnel on the basis of job-related qualifications.
