Essential Functions & Primary Duties

  • To provide support to a variety of projects to gain a better understanding of CBIZ business operations
  • The intern will need to have the ability to create & present reports with data to assist with strategy
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory & compliance programs across various jurisdictions
  • Self-directed on various projects including license renewals, applications, address changes, monthly tracking of Continuing Education for CBIZ producers, printing, maintaining licenses, and managing state affiliations for both individual and corporate agency licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program studying majors such as Actuarial Science, Business or International Business, Economics, Risk Management, Pre-law, or Political Science.
  • You must be at least entering Junior OR Senior year of college/undergraduate studies
  • Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
  • You enjoy working in a team environment
  • You have basic Microsoft Office skills
  • You have time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Research, technology & analytical skills
  • You are interested in the Accounting, Tax, Insurance or Human Resource Industry

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be at least 16 years old
