Overview

Nakupuna Services is looking to hire a Field Services Rep III. The qualified candidate will have the exciting opportunity to serve as a Network FSR supporting the Marine Corps Systems Command's Extensible Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Command and Control (EMC2) Systems Program Office.



Responsibilities

    Provide essential support to the Network On-The-Move (NOTM) Family of Systems (FoS) and the Hatch Mounted Satcom Antenna Systems NOTM-Air Increment 1 (C-130) and NOTM-Air Increment 2 (MV-22). These systems play a vital role in addressing capability gaps for Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) Command and Control (C2) and Unmanned Aircraft systems/Full Motion Video (UAS/FMV) integration while on the move. NOTM is a cutting-edge communications system that extends network connectivity from a fixed location to units operating On-The-Move (OTM) and At-The-Halt (ATH).
  • Contribute to enhancing forces' access to C2 and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance applications, along with email, chat, collaboration tools, and voice, video, and data services while operating OTM and ATH.


Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Relevant network experience required for troubleshooting and identifying network performance issues.
  • Experience with VoIP, Chat, and Email.
  • Proficiency in using Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Workstation (JTCW) software.
  • Skilled in network design, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Ability to program and troubleshoot cryptographic equipment.
  • Familiarity with the NOTM Technical Data Package (TDP).
  • Understanding of USMC rank structure, roles, responsibilities, and protocol.
  • Effective communication skills with senior Marines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Six (6) years of general experience.
  • Security +, A+, or Network + certifications
  • Experience in networking, radio, and satellite communications operations and support.
  • Experience with routine troubleshooting and fault isolation.
  • CCNA/CCNP

Highly Desired Experience:

  • Experience within Marine Corps Systems Command.
  • Past experience in supporting tactical command and control systems.
  • Previous NOTM Operator/Network Admin.

Education:

  • High School Education required.

Clearance: Ability to work for any employer in the U.S.; must be cleared for a Common Access Card and be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $87,000.00 to $114,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees
