Careers Project Administrator North Little Rock, Arkansas Garver's growing Aviation team is looking to add a Project Administratorto our North Little Rock office. No, experience in the AEC industry is necessary, but the willingness to learn is a must. This Project Administrator will be responsible for: Construction Administration support, including material and shop drawing submittal coordination Compiling documents, including word and excel files, for submittal to the client Drafting project correspondences Prime and subconsultant contracting assistance Specification and Design Analysis editing as directed Client and subconsultant invoice distribution and filing Assisting with project closeouts Staff travel coordination Staff professional license(s) renewal Document formatting in both word and excel Document printing for submittal to the client and submittal coordination, including distribution General administration tasks as directed Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree or previous experience in a Project Administrator or Finance role Ability to work between multiple projects types Strong organization and time -management skills Grow With Us Garver offers its employees programs such as company-paid professional memberships, company support for industry licenses and continuing education opportunities that foster a progressive atmosphere.
