About the Role Redhorse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Targeting Officer to support critical intelligence operations for a key government client. This role is pivotal in identifying and assessing vulnerabilities, guiding intelligence collection, and directly impacting mission success. You will leverage your expertise in all-source intelligence research, analysis, and operational concept development to provide unique insights and actionable intelligence to senior leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to national security objectives within a challenging and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Performing all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing. Developing operational concepts for targeting and collection efforts. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of customer leadership, preparing and presenting reports. Thinking critically and communicating highly complex information accurately and clearly in a collaborative team setting. Evaluating, analyzing, and exploiting a variety of data sets to provide unique insights related to targeting and collection operations. Drafting and reporting findings to guide intelligence operations. Identifying and assessing vulnerabilities and trends to enable new collection operations. Required Experience/Clearance Experience performing all-source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and preparing/presenting reports to all levels of customer leadership. Ability to evaluate, analyze, and exploit a variety of data sets. Experience with Intel analysis and operations, as well as field support. Experience with the exploitation of various all-source databases and customer-specific tools. Strong analytic and research skills. Aptitude for scientific/technical topics. Experience supporting and providing customer-specific briefings and reporting. Experience with field traffic communications. TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Desired Experience CI/HUMINT experience. Experience supporting hard target activities. Foreign field working experience.
