What You Need to Know

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure that ServiceNow operates efficiently, meets organizational needs, and supports key business processes. You will be tasked with administering the platform, managing incidents and changes, creating custom reports, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Qualifications

Be the Best ServiceNow Administrator You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Service Catalog, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow customization, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and workflows.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP web services.
  • Experience with ServiceNow updates, patch management, and version control.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. Additional certifications in ITIL or specific ServiceNow modules are a plus
