The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and evaluating user experiences, conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, identifying areas of improvement, and transforming these insights into actionable recommendations to enhance our products. As a member of the team you, will have the opportunity to directly contribute and deliver solutions that are intuitive, employee centric, inclusive, and accessible for Visa's core people platforms. The role will be focused on creating solutions that meet the real needs of our end users by understanding the context in which users interact with a product or service, involving them in the design process through research, testing, and feedback. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products meet user needs and expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced UX research professional to enter at the "ground floor" and shape the future organization. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 95,200.00 to 134,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
