OVERVIEW
Merrick & Company is seeking career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of Boundary, GPS, Photogrammetry, Easement/Right of Way, ALTAs, Topographic and As-Built Surveys. Qualified candidates will be responsible for performing survey related research, performing survey calculations, and creating final survey deliverables. Successful candidate will work under direct supervision of a Land Surveyor. This is a full-time position based out of our Greenwood Village (Denver metro), CO office. The typical pay range for this position is $21 - $27 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborating with other disciplines.
- Follow schedules and budget commitments.
- Work independently.
- Possesses good written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Preparation of legal description and exhibits.
- Drafting monumented land survey plats.
- Drafting topographical and contour maps.
- Working with HDS point clouds.
- Assisting with field assignments, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be proficient in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and be insurable under Merrick's insurance carrier.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
