Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required. Training and Experience: 3- 5 years of administrative assistance experience. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare a wide variety of correspondence, reports, and compose routine non-technical correspondence, such as letters of acknowledgement or notification.
- Consolidate and finalize information for various reports; gather and summarize information from files and documents for supervisor's use in responding to inquiries; edit documents for correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format.
- Screen incoming mail, receive telephone calls, and greet visitors.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Review and update office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations regarding the clerical, procedural, and administrative work of the unit.
- Establish, maintain, purge, and dispose of office records and files in accordance with regulations and procedures.
- Make travel arrangements including scheduling transportation, making lodging reservations, and preparing travel orders and vouchers.
- Prepare, consolidate, submit, and maintain time and attendance records in accordance with established procedures.
- Gather all requisitions for office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services.

- Review and update office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations regarding the clerical, procedural, and administrative work of the unit.
- Manage all taskers assigned to AFRCC (Task Management Tool, Executive Tracker) to include daily monitoring, posting, accepting, or declining, and downloading related documents.
- Perform other incidental or administrative duties as required and assigned.
