Salary Range: $20 Per Hour

City Experiences is seeking a Revenue Management Coordinator for our Revenue operations in Chicago, IL.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The Revenue Management Coordinator will be responsible working with the Revenue Management Team and local port Personnel to perform prescribed tasks using the Anchor booking system and other analytical tools with the ultimate goals of driving profitability and providing incremental sales. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Act as primary builder of events, products, promotions, and other items as necessary in Anchor Operating System
  • Daily monitoring and maintenance of all cruises to ensure public seat availability and that capacity goals are met.
  • Answer, resolve and follow-up on inventory questions from the sales team and liaise across departments to resolve any inventory issues.
  • Support local city sales teams with requests involving cruise set-up, promotions, line items, and analysis
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization with changes and updates to core pricing
  • Act as the primary support member for the Revenue team.
  • Oversee the administration responsibilities of the team, i.e. meeting minutes, data integrity
  • Other related responsibilities as needed


Requirements & Qualifications:



  • Some college coursework required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong computer and database skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to understand the importance of maximizing revenue
