Your Role on the Team

Under close supervision of Orthopaedic Surgery Lab Research Manager, responsibilities include the following: Assist in surgical skills lab, set up equipment and stations for orthopaedic and arthroscopic procedures. Prepare cadaver specimen labs, assist as needed during lab providing instrumentation for surgeons, opening disposables solution and troubleshooting equipment problems. Access medical records of subjects to collect necessary records for subject binder and input of recorded data into sponsor sites. Assist with questionnaires.


What It Takes to be Successful

Required:

  • Knowledge and experience in basic research environment or lab

Preferred:

  • Experience in OR setting preferred but not necessary with some Orthopaedic procedure experience
  • Knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation.
  • Willingness to learn new instrumentation and equipment.
