Pay: Up to $40/hr.

Hybrid position: In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and work from out of office Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage contract language, including updates to master terms & conditions.
  • Assess business risk and facilitate redline reviews with customers, negotiating legal language changes.
  • Partner with the Legal team for comprehensive contract language reviews.
  • Track and archive contract revisions, ensuring accurate version control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with business contract language and redline management.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with Legal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including Track Changes.
