Pay: $46 per hour

Process Development Engineer Responsibilities:



  • Actively contribute to project teams, including product design, material testing, specification preparation, process capability studies, research investigations, and documentation.
  • Independently plan and schedule tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Design and conduct engineering tests and experiments.
  • Develop, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot product and process issues related to design, materials, or manufacturing.
  • Analyze test results, summarize findings, and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to communicate technical results effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed engineering documentation.
  • Generate innovative concepts for new products and processes, submitting idea disclosures.
  • Provide training or work direction to technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing, to drive project success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PDP/TPD systems by delivering high-quality project outcomes.



Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree with 2+ years of related experience or Master of Science degree with minimal experience. Proven knowledge and experience with test and test method development and catheter or guide wire development.
