Your tasks Regularly communicate with:Production Planning to communicate current and upcoming projects,Supply chain to ensure transparency of product needs and precise scheduling of incoming orders,Assembly and Custom Products to understand capacity and utilization rates,Machine Service to coordinate fusion machine and accessory needs. Maintain the project schedules, and reports and communicate with the project team, risk. Lead and support project teams comprised of diverse, cross-functional members, potentially including numerous outside vendors and spanning multiple geographic locations, includes leading project kick-off meetings as necessary. Contribute to a high-performing, highly motivated, collaborative team environment of trust, empowerment, accountability, and recognition. Manage projects that can range in scope from low complexity to significant growth breakthrough opportunities managed domestically. Maintain a sense of urgency, facilitate problem-solving sessions and meetings to address obstacles, and hold team members accountable to program commitments. Maintain precise forms of project communication that can be used throughout various levels of the organization, ranging from individual project contributors to senior leadership. Participate in Production meetings as required. Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS). All other duties as assigned. Your profile BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required. 3 to 5 years in related product or industry preferred. SAP experience, a plus Proficient personal computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Ability to efficiently multi-task and meet deliverables, even under pressure. Creative and critical thinking with strong attention to detail Ability to understand and utilize MRP systems.
