Description
To provide support for electrical engineering support for the development and commercialization of new/existing processes, process improvements and technical systems. Responsible for the design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes while supporting continuous improvement efforts as it relates to equipment reliability, equipment standards and procedures ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop expertise to ensure process conforms to sanitary standards and have the capability to produce products that meet customer and business requirements.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.) Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent education with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent demonstrable skills and aptitude with five (5) years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of Auto Cad or comparable electrical design software. Proficient computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate by utilizing written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Must be well organized with the ability to support and participate in multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Able to develop training materials and effectively train adult learners. Capacity to enhance education and technical skills.
