Responsibilities include but not limited to, data entry, boxing medical records for storage, scanning of documents, answering phones / directing calls, greeting /directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, and/or word processing work as assigned. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. The successful candidate must exhibit a professional demeanor, have appropriate office etiquette, organized and task-oriented, and must be responsible for completing assigned tasks, with accuracy, and meeting deadlines. Typical work hours will be M-F, between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Work schedules are flexible and will be worked out with the supervisor before beginning employment. Must be able to work a minimum of 15-28 hours per week. Applications are encouraged from all student-employment/work-study eligible students.
