Must have a basic knowledge and understanding of chemicals and reagents. Student will assist with preparation of samples, analysis of classical chemistry and computer controlled analytical instruments. Student will assist students, researchers, faculty and other laboratory users with their samples preparation and analysis. Student will assist with ordering of materials and supplies, and keep chemistry lab clean. Conduct analysis to finish research activities. Minimum Qualifications Minimum qualifications not found for this position (0044) Equivalencies not found for this position Preferred Qualifications Student should have basic understanding of chemistry or taken an Introductory Chemistry course. Student must be willing to learn about the laboratory equipment and have an interest in science. Student needs to be available in 3 to 4 hour increments to be able to conduct sample analysis in the lab. Student must be available Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The UNM 5
