Working TitleEnrollment Services Rep (UNMTemps) Position Grade08 Position SummaryIt is critical that the documents coming into the Office of the Registrar are handled in a timely manner. The documents received by the department are time sensitive from the transcript request, to the student's request dealing with grades or adding or dropping a course. This position ensures documents meet the student needs and the department's expectations. This position works closely with the Coord. Registration staff to ensure documents are prepared correctly for delivery. In addition this position will be preparing unofficial transcripts and sending them out to students. Conditions of Employment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
