Who We Are ... SourceAmerica is searching for a Director, AbilityOne Regulatory Compliance to join its team. This position Oversees all activities related to NPA Compliance, utilizing SourceAmerica processes/procedures to include (but not limited to): (1) Regulatory Affairs and Qualifications. (2) Regulatory review and assistance visits. (3) Corrective action monitoring and reporting; and (4) Regulatory Assistance and training. Ensures all NPA Compliance Oversight and Monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with respective policies and procedures. Serves as a primary point of contact (POC) and representative for executive level matters and decisions with regard to initial and ongoing qualification recommendations regarding member agencies. This includes matters involving the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, SourceAmerica Executive and Business Leadership, SourceAmerica's Chief Legal Office, and NPAs. Manages and/or oversees the activities of all Regulatory Oversight and Monitoring (ROM) Team Members. * Due to the requirements of this position, one's proximity must be near our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area. SourceAmerica's employees who live within 30 commuting miles of our offices work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days in office and the balance as remote work. Salary Range The salary for this position falls in a range between $130,000 - $165,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States. What You'll Need:
