Litigation Counsel
Overview The Litigation Counsel is responsible for drafting and preparing subpoena responses, coordinating and overseeing outside counsel's work on subpoena-related motion practice, assisting with requests from customers/vendors related to litigation, conducting training of business managers on subpoena policy/procedure, updating existing subpoena policy/procedure as needed, and conducting legal research. The Litigation Counsel will also assist with other projects and duties as assigned by the Senior Counsel, Litigation and Privacy. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, organized, and able to successfully manage a workload involving short deadlines Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
