Under general supervision, performs tasks to complete work orders for routine and non-routine requests, including preventive and corrective maintenance. May work independently, performing basic processes and procedures to accomplish routine tasks.Responds to work order requests, including but not limited to: changing filters, cleaning coils, punching tubes, installing Christmas decorations, fire extinguisher inspections, replacing lamps/ballasts, lamp recycling, replacing ceiling tiles and painting.
