Occupational Therapist 1

Inova Psychiatric Partial Hospital is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist 1 to join the team. This role will be Full-time Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Occupational Therapist 1 Job Responsibilities:
* Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content
of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
* Communicates effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts while
completing all administrative tasks and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.
* Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment and protocols. Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines - adjusting the treatment plan as needed.

Additional Requirements:
* Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
* Education: Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy
* Experience: Occupational Therapy New graduate
* Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation- Upon Start
* Licensure: Occupational Therapist- VA
