The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to management, driving division-wide HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role is critical in fostering organizational success across multiple regions and within multiple business units by collaborating with worldwide teams to develop and execute talent strategies that support business growth. The HRBP will champion employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and other key HR initiatives to support the long-term strategy of the division.

This is a unique role where the HR Business Partner will be able to support multiple functions within different business divisions with Bruker Nano, Inc. (i.e, commercial, marketing, operations and R&D functions).



Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

    Collaborate with junior and mid-level management to identify HR needs and implement division-wide initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies to build a resilient and scalable workforce.
  • Partner with global leaders to ensure the alignment of HR practices across regions while respecting cultural and regulatory differences.

Global Talent Management & Development

  • Develop and execute global talent development initiatives, including onboarding, manager development, and employee development programs.
  • Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) that support career growth and succession planning.
  • Oversee performance management processes globally, ensuring consistency in goal setting, feedback, and career conversations across divisions.

Change Leadership & Communication

  • Support global change initiatives by working closely with management to design communication strategies and training programs.
  • Drive initiatives that address organizational challenges such as restructuring, integration, or process improvements.
  • Drive M&A effectiveness by integrating new employee workforces into the larger BNANO organization.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Serve as a resource to resolve complex employee relations issues, balancing consistency and cultural sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure compliance with regional labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Partner with HR Operations and HRIT teams on proper onboarding and offboarding processes, data changes, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics across regions to identify trends, evaluate initiatives, and provide actionable insights to leadership.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including working in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with junior and mid-level management to deliver HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in AFM, materials sciences, or life sciences, medical device industries a plus.
  • Experience with HRIT systems (SuccessFactors) and ATS (iCIMS) a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $76,500.00/yr. and $137,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
