The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to management, driving division-wide HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role is critical in fostering organizational success across multiple regions and within multiple business units by collaborating with worldwide teams to develop and execute talent strategies that support business growth. The HRBP will champion employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and other key HR initiatives to support the long-term strategy of the division. This is a unique role where the HR Business Partner will be able to support multiple functions within different business divisions with Bruker Nano, Inc. (i.e, commercial, marketing, operations and R&D functions). Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with junior and mid-level management to identify HR needs and implement division-wide initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $76,500.00/yr. and $137,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
