The Senior HR Advisor - Shared Services provides tactical and strategic HR support to BNANO by offering expertise in HR Service areas. This role provides guidance and operational support in employee relations, performance management, compliance, cultural development, compensation, HR system support, and organizational development. This role partners with HRBPs, internal teams, and leadership to diagnose challenges, recommend solutions, and implement initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with deep HR knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record in managing complex HR functions and growth. Responsibilities

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $95,000.00/yr. and $169,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
