Director, Duals Sales

Reporting to the Vice President of Government Programs, The Director of Duals Sales is responsible for leading the sales growth strategy of Mass General Brigham Health Plan's Duals program. This will include evaluating and driving the execution of distribution channels, developing an organizational structure to support growth, and ensuring adherence with federal and state regulations and compliance.
Essential Functions:
-Create and implement the Duals sales growth strategy for Mass General Brigham Health Plan
-Work collaboratively with partner departments, to ensure alignment on growth strategy in accordance with best practices and appropriate alignment with administrative agreement
-Develop and communicate membership goals and key performance indicators
-Develop and implement an organizational structure to build a high performing team, develop team goals and provide ongoing training for both skills and necessary compliance adherence.
-Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and distribution channel partners within the service area that cater to Dual eligible potential and existing members
-Implement sales strategies to meet growth goals, develop timely reporting to keep key stakeholders apprised of performance
-Design and implement compensation strategies for both internal team and external distribution partners and measure effectiveness on an ongoing basis
-Manage team effectiveness, monitor individual performance, provide feedback and motivation
-Adhere to annual administrative budget

Education

  • BA/BS degree, Master's degree would be preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading direct Duals sales,
  • Massachusetts market experience with One Care and or Senior Care Options preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Extensive experience selling and retaining Duals membership as well as the development of product and services.
  • Strong aptitude for digital marketing and sales CRM solutions
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating performance, performance drivers and setting targets
  • Demonstrate Mass General Brigham Health Plan's core brand principles of always listening, challenging conventions, looking for ways to improve the member experience
  • Respect the talent and unique contributions of every individual and treat all people in a fair and equitable manner
  • Strong demonstrated track record of an ability to execute on time, on budget, and on scope
  • Current in healthcare trends
  • Demonstrated forward, visionary thinking: ability to see "what is" and envision "what could be"
  • Excellent leadership skills and track record of successfully managing sales teams
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem resolution abilities
