Duties/Responsibilities
1. Perform mouse husbandry and colony maintenance (including PCR-based genotyping)
2. Run rodent behavioral tests
3. Collect tissue samples and run histological characterization (including sectioning with a microtome/cryostat, and immunohistochemistry)
4. Perform DNA, RNA and protein analysis techniques (including western blots, PCR and qPCR)
5. Run statistical analyses on collected data
6. Prepare and maintain cell cultures
7. Perform general lab upkeep, such as preparing shared solutions and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment; maintains inventory and orders supplies when necessary
8. Perform all other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience working with tools or skills relevant to digital mental health such as app development, programming, data analytics and visualization. preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and respect for subjects' rights and needs are required for working with the study participants.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow and perform clinical research protocols.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic computer skills for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks.
- Careful attention to detail.

Ability to work under general supervision

Molecular wet lab experience and animal work experience preferred
Ability to identify potential problems and troubleshoot problems as necessary

Demonstrated ability to analyze data using statistics and logically present it
General knowledge of computer programs, databases, etc.
