Responsibilities

The Community Banking Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Product and Specialized Sales as well as the Community Banking Manager and other Community Banking Management as needed. This position may also work with Small Business or Customer Care when supporting projects for the group under the Direction of the Director of Product and Specialized Sales



Qualifications

Requirements:

    H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 4 years experience in Customer Service role or similar role in a financial institution

Preferences:

  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative
  • Requires excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication
  • Organizational skills and critical thinking
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of Platform and Teller systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
